1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NodeCart ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

NodeCart is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables business owners to create and manage online shops. The Platform provides hosting, AI-generated content, and tools to manage products and orders.

3. Payments and Billing

The Platform charges subscription fees for premium features. All customer payments flow directly to sellers through their own M-Pesa credentials. NodeCart does not process, hold, or handle seller revenues in any way.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, product listings, and compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You must not use the Platform for illegal goods or services.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses AI to generate product images, descriptions, and other content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. M-Pesa credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM and stored securely. Credentials are only decrypted server-side for payment processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

NodeCart is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses arising from payment disputes between sellers and customers, AI-generated content inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
